Black magic comes in many forms, and it is easy to confuse with stress, depression or illness, so it is important not to jump to conclusions. These are some of the signs people describe:

How ruqya treats black magic
The treatment is Qur’an and supplications: the raqi recites over you, and you follow a plan at home. The 12 day treatment is done every day without gaps, together with your five prayers, extra Qur’an and dhikr. If you are still affected after 12 days, you continue until you are well. Afterwards, the follow-up treatment and the prevention page explain how to stay protected.
It matters to be clear on what ruqya is not. It does not use amulets or secret rituals, and nobody can promise you a result: the cure is from Allah. If you have physical or mental health symptoms, see a doctor as well.

You do not have to wait to start. Keep your prayers on time, recite Ayat al-Kursi after each prayer and before sleep, read the last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah every night, and recite al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and an-Nas morning and evening. The self ruqya page has more.

No single sign proves it.
