If you live in Markham, Vaughan, Scarborough, North York or Richmond Hill and are searching for ruqya (ruqyah) near you, there are two ways to get authentic Qur’an and Sunnah ruqya from our team: come to us in Milton, or join an online session from home.
Option 1: online ruqya from home
We conduct online ruqya sessions for people across the GTA and beyond. This suits people who cannot travel, who prefer privacy at home, or who want a first assessment before deciding on more. To arrange it:
- Fill in the online questionnaire.
- Read the online clients instructions.
- Call 647-829-6718 to confirm a time. We do not confirm by email or text.
Option 2: in person in Milton
Our centre is in Milton, in Halton Region, on the west side of the GTA. If you can make the trip, in-person sessions let the raqi recite over you directly. The booking steps are the same, and the instructions before you come explain what to prepare. You do not need to bring anything.
What ruqya can help with

Ruqya is a spiritual treatment. It does not replace medical care. If you have physical or mental health symptoms, see a doctor as well; the two can be done together.
Be careful who you choose
With so many people offering ruqya in a large area like the GTA, it pays to check. Avoid anyone who gives you amulets or strings, asks for private details unrelated to your problem, mixes in practices that are not from the Qur’an and Sunnah, or guarantees a cure. Is an online session as valid as an in-person one?
We conduct online sessions as described in our online clients instructions. Many people prefer to attend in person at our Milton centre if they can, and we will tell you which we recommend for your case.
What do I need for an online session?
A quiet place, a device with a good connection, the questionnaire completed beforehand, and the preparation described in the online clients instructions: keep your prayers, and destroy any amulets or strings you were given in Qur’anic water.
Is there a female raqi?
Our team includes a sister. Please ask when you call about arrangements for female clients; sisters attending in person should come with a mahram.
